Yama

Privacy

Last updated October 6, 2026

Yama collects nothing about you. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and the game contains no third-party code. This page explains the few ways information can still leave your phone, and how to remove what stays on it.

What stays on your iPhone

Your progress — unlocks, records, settings and the expedition you are in the middle of — is saved on your iPhone, inside the game’s own storage. We never receive a copy. Like everything else an app saves, it is included in your device backups if you have them turned on (iCloud or a computer), under your own Apple Account.

Deleting Yama deletes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else to delete.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, Yama reports your achievement progress to it. Game Center is a service of Apple: what it stores and shows is covered by Apple’s privacy policy, not by ours, and it tells us nothing about who you are. If you are not signed in, nothing is sent. You can manage Game Center in your iPhone’s Settings.

If you write to us

The Feedback button in the game’s Settings opens your own mail app, addressed to us, with the game’s version in the subject line. Nothing is sent until you send it. If you do, we receive your email address and whatever you wrote, and we use them only to read your message and reply to it. We do not share them with anyone, and we will delete them if you ask.

Crash reports

The game sends no crash or usage data of its own. If you have chosen, in your iPhone’s privacy settings, to share analytics with app developers, Apple may pass us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. That is Apple’s service, governed by Apple’s privacy policy, and none of it identifies you.

Children

Yama does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this ever changes — for example, if the game starts using a service of its own — this page will say so before the version that does it is released, and the date at the top will move.
